The error occurs when I import a metadata file into OWB 10.2. It appears to be a problem with the location but this is a new installation of OWB and the fille being imported is the same file that I have used on a previous occasion on another machine.

MDL1406: Cannot import LOCATION with physical name <LOC_"NAME"> matching by object identifier because a LOCATION <PUBLIC_PROJECT.ORIGEN> with the same business name <ORACLE_LOCATION1> but different object identifier already exists.
