error on credentialstore.xml

suddenly, I get this error message when I access http://localhost/analyitcs

Access denied: C:\OracleBIData\web\config\credentialstore.xml
Error Codes: :
Access is denied.
==================================================
I have not edited the credentialstore.xml
and IIS after the installation.
what is the problem?
