Error element not found, even though it is not existing in the application

Hi,

Under Oracle APEX 24.2.14, there is a form on a public application (no authentication). From times to times (not often), an error occurs, “element non found”, and the debug shows:

"Error: ERR-1002 Item ID not found for item "VED" in application "109".

The application is not refering to any element “VED”. I don't understand why this happens.

Any idea?
