After the free period of the OCI account, I can't get support via chat support, and I can't upgrade the support plan.
In addition, I am unable to request the termination of the current tenancy, due to the message “This service is not available while the tenancy is not in an active state.”
I am the administrator of this account, and the message does not help me to carry out the above procedure.
How can I delete this account permanently, so that I can use the same e-mail address when creating a new account?
