EPM 11.1.2.1 Upgrade Project Plan

Hello All,

I am going to start a project to upgrade EPM from 11.1.1.1 to 11.1.2.1 and know the paths, the documentation, and how to do it, but I am going to want to prepare an upgrade project plan. Does anyone have an example of an EPM 11.1.2.1 Upgrade Project Plan that I can follow?
