Hi All,

I am trying to install EPM 11.1.2.1 on Linux 64bit and followed the prerequisites. While installing, installation window also showing all prerequisites met. After selecting the product list to be installed in the next screen it got struck showing Initializing... status Null (just blank), 0% progress. we wait more than 1hr but no luck and found some hint in Hyperion_HOME//EPMSystem11R1/diagnostics/logs/install/installTool-install-12.19.11-01.44.37.log

We followed the after explore:

1. we set the TEMP variable using export TMPDIR=/home/repldba/tempfiles/
2. TEMPDIR has 172 GB free space
3. Installation folder has 172 GB free space
4. All the folders having the 777 (full) rights

Could anyone plz guide us...
