In clustered OIM 12c PS4 environment, we have AD connector set up, which brings groups, users into OIM. A end user can raise a request for group and will get provisioned. For some of the requests, the requested entitlement (which is a AD group) is not getting provisioned into AD Target system. When I click on the Entitlement tab all present in the entitlement and it's provisioned state, there is an exception message and the only message is “Entitlement has already been requested via request id {1} and is in failed status ”as shown in the screen shot below -
One thing is that the some entitlement is present in the child table i.e. application instance, but some does not come in the child table. I have also tried to run ‘AD group lookup recon' and 'AD group recon’ jobs too, but the entitlements still do not come under child table. and also not showing in Target system(AD). Please advice me what is going wrong?
