Hi all, my company has been running email campaigns for a while, and a recurring problem we've run into is people who should have been filtered out receiving emails. We work in tandem with salesforce.com, and the only time this problem has occurred is when we're trying to filter out people who have been marked on salesforce as having opted out of receiving further communications. Can anyone help keep this from happening? We don't know whether it's a problem on the Eloqua side or the salesforce side, and we can't figure out how to fix it. Thanks!
