In the QAS Environment, we suddenly cannot log in to EAS Console without adjusting any settings beforehand. An error message “Login failed” pops out. Other services work as usual.

We have tried restarting AP and Essbase Server Services, restarting AP and Essbase Server, and re-configuring AP Server EAS Service, but the problem remains. The AP Server EPM System Diagnostic Report looks fine as well.
We also found an Oracle Document Document 2885482.1 with similar symptoms. However, it does not solve our problem.
