Delete Data with a where Clause 12c

Hey,

How do you "Delete from table where date = 27/10/2017 " without doing it in a procedure. In 11, I used to create an interface and untick insert/update(with delete rows set) but it doesn't work in 12c. In 12c, the mapping does nothing with these settings.

Any ideas?
