Database Instance Template

I have a server with Oracle Enterprise edition 19c (with almost all of the available features of Enterprise edition installed).

I created an instance on that server and exported the configurations to a template.

My question is … Can i use that template from E.Edition to create an instance on another server that has Oracle Standart Edition ?
