Data from Rest API not available

Hi,
We are trying to get data using the rest API /hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/userAccounts
We are not able to get the data, although the API is 200 OK.
We believe that is because of some role/data access missing.
Please can someone help with the roles/data access sets that is required to get the data.
