customization of deploycluster template (Patch number 31000030 for 64-Bit ) on OLVM

dear team, i am planning to make my own template using the base (Patch number 31000030 for 64-Bit ) template, below are the challenges, i don't want to use /u01 as for oracle home and grid home, i am changing the parms.ini file, but still i have an issue. any one customized these templates with their own customization?
