Custom Events for Oracle ERP Trigger Adapter

Hi
For the Oracle ERP Trigger Adapter , if an event I need is not listed , then is there a way to create that custom event? If not is there other way I can capture that event and trigger an integration? For example - Lets say we dont an event for "activity created" then what are my options?
