DevOps, CI/CD and Automation

I need to output data in Microsoft Access format for a user, and am wondering if there is a way to do this using Oracle Forms/Reports. I know that it is rather straightforward to create the output in MS Excel format, but the requirement this time is to output in Access. Any ideas on how to accomplish this are welcome.
