Configuring Buyer WorkCenter Dashboard in Peoplesoft on Image 29, PeopleTools 8.56

Hello Oracle Community,

We are trying to configure the Buyer WorkCenter Dashboard on the Buyer WorkCenter page but after trying a few different ways we still can't get any pagelets to show under the Work Area (it just shows the default Welcome to the Buyer Workcenter page) Has anyone had success configuring this? We are on 9.2 Image 29 PT 8.56. Below are the setups we have been taking. See attached.
