Comparing one-off patches for two ORACLE_HOMEs

DB version: 10.2.0.4
Platform : AIX

On server A, we have a 10.2.0.4.5 (PSU5) ORACLE_HOME installed with some extra one-off patches. I was asked to Install a replica of the same HOME on Server B.

Since I was lazy, I installed 10.2.0.4.10 (PSU 10) thinking that all the one-off patches at least until PSU5 will be included in PSU 10.
But when I ran lsinventory in Server A , I can see several one-off patches which is not included in PSU 10 .

Since there are several missing one-off patches , Is there any way I can quickly compare the one-off patches that are missing in the ORACLE_HOME in Server B (comparing to server A) ?
