Comman GGSCI is not valid application win32

Hi,
I have trying install Oracle goldengate in virtual machine with windows xp 64 bits. I have made the next step:
1. I Installed oracle database 11g
2. I added the keys ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME as environment variables under system variables.
3. I installed VC++ 2005 SP1 .
4. When I run command GGSCI show the error: GGSCI is not valid application win32

why is the error?
can anybody help me?
