Clone XE database from one server to another

Hi experts,

I'm using DB 21XE and I'd need to clone a database from one server to another one in a different network and no db-link possibility.

Could you please provide a Metalink note or a clear website with step by step to do this by copying these files if I recall correctly:

/opt/oracle/oradata/XE/redo*.log 
/opt/oracle/oradata/XE/control*.ctl 
/opt/oracle/oradata/XE/*.dbf 
/opt/oracle/oradata/XE/XEPDB1/*.dbf
