Client-based CPU statistics

Hi all,
We have a Oracle RAC 10g based on HP - UX. There are ~500 client for connecting RAC server and making their own job. Those clients are production machines. How can I learn client-based CPU statistics? For example, this client uses ~%0.03 CPU, this one uses ~%0.15 CPU...
