Please advise if it is able to check the marital status of an employee upon the absence submission, as the client has an absence type "Marriage Leave". Employee who got married (Marital status = Married) could apply for the leave within the 6 months before/on/ after date of registration of marriage (effective date of the marital status).
Anyone has done the similar validation and could share the fast formula here?
