Cant login to P6 Project Management

I am logging into a new installation of P6 Project Management and it says the admin account is not authorized to run this application. I am able to get into Methodology Management just fine. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Running SQL 2008 on Server 2008 SP2. All updates done. Installed client on Win 7 x64 bit and changed default install directory.
