I've just created my first Oracle Cloud instance, and, after making a bit of a mess of things, I terminated it, with the intention of restarting it from scratch.
The problem is that, although it shows Terminated, the Start button is disabled. Moreover, I cannot even delete the instance and recreate it because there appears to be no Delete that I can see, even under “More Options”.
Any ideas, anyone?
