Cannot delete managed compartment – stuck with PSM-managed policies (Always Free account)

Hi Oracle Support Team,

I am using an Always Free account and I’m unable to delete a compartment that only contains two system-managed IAM policies:

psm-mgd-comp-additional-policy
PSM-mgd-comp-policy

The compartment OCID is:
ocid1.compartment.oc1..aaaaaaaar2bsysf7zdzlugk5sixw3p7x5tusbnpceqjyhj7ftu4x5yfom6lq

All user resources have been deleted, but the system-created policies remain and prevent me from deleting the compartment. I understand they were created by the PSM service.

Since I cannot submit a service request with an Always Free account, could someone from Oracle assist in removing these locked policies or deleting the compartment?
