Cannot Clear Partial Data. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member [Periodo].[Q4].[OCT] used in query

When executing the clear POV command it returns the following error:

Processing... Retrieving status...

EPMAT-1:PINSA_ClearMLPOV_D20241021T174638.215_d72

Cannot Clear Partial Data. Essbase Error(1260046): Unknown Member [Period].[Q4].[OCT] used in query

Has anyone had a similar error, and how did you fix it?
