Cannot change server details after upgrade to 23.10

Our VBCS platform has recently upgraded from VBCS 22.10 to 23.10.

Since that has happened we have not been able to update any server information (i.e. edit credentials) for any of our Service Connections.

I'm wondering if there is a new role that has been introduced for 23.10 that allows you to do tihs?
