Cannot access my OCI compute instance from my client.

I cannot access my service due to got this message as below. There has a yellow triangle ! sign on my instance status. I try to reboot and ssh to my instance make sure my service is working. The instance is working and my application also working good. How can I solved it?

"At Wed, Mar 2, 2022, 20:40:00 UTC, this instance was either reboot migrated due to planned maintenance or experienced an error with the underlying infrastructure. The instance is now in a healthy state. We recommend that you verify that the instance is performing as expected."
