Can't upgrade to PAYG - "contact account manager" which I dont have

Marc RufeisAug 28 2024 — edited Aug 28 2024

Hello,

I'm currently struggling to upgrade my Cloud account from the free tier to pay-as-you-go. If I click one of the upgrade plan buttons anywhere in the dashboard I get to the “Upgrade and Manage Payment” screen.

There I just get an error “Your account is managed through an enterprise agreement with Oracle. Please contact your account manager to make any changes.”

I created the account without any company associated e-mail or within another account. So I assume I'm my own account manager, why am I not allowed to manage my own account then?

What can I do to upgrade my plan?

Creating a new account isn't an option, since I'm trying to upgrade to restore an corrupted boot volume, by mounting it to another compute instance, which I can't create due to free tier limits.

Any help is appreciated.

Best regards,

Marc
