I am trying to create a VM, but IPv4 activation fails when I proceed as follows.
It works for now if I use the OCID option, but during the final creation, I get an error saying that missing resources are missing.
I tried troubleshooting via the chatbot but couldn't find a solution. I tried to get technical support, but it required creating another developer account; however, I encountered an error during account creation, making it impossible to proceed.
