Can opatchauto skip installing TFA?

Every quarter we apply the recommended quarterly patch with commands like
<GIHome>/OPatch/opatchauto apply /home/oracle/33509923
After that, TFA (Trace File Analyzer) and OSWatcher are running. Since we never want to waste computing resources on such things, we immediately uninstall it after opatchauto (command: tfactl uninstall). But it would be nice to not install TFA when running opatchauto in the first place. And that could even shorten the patching downtime by a few minutes, which is very desirable. So is there a way to skip installing TFA? If editing some patch config file is needed, could you provide the instruction? Thank you!
