Can both version of OGG is different in a source and destination server?

Source OGG 19c in AIX
destination OGG 23ai in Redhat Linux

Is there compatibility issue between OGG 19c and OGG 23ai, Oracle Support Team will handle any OGG compatibility issues if they arise?
