I would like to know if there is a way to calculate below in oracle field service mobile
The technician will collect some basic info about the customer (like listed below) and based on option selected a predefined code should be displayed on his mobile app :
Education is Graduate and Working status as Salaried then Code is A2
If Education is 12 Standard and Working status as Clerk then Code is A3....and so on
How to get this calculation done? Please help/Suggest.
