I would like to report that I am testing 22.1 on apex.oracle.com and in the app "Sample Rest Services" the url for the Rest Endpoint Status for "OTN Forum XML Feed" is invalid, currently is trying to reach:
https://community.oracle.com/community/feeds/messages?community=3139
which is invalid (page not found).
I hope this is the right channel to let you know about it.
