Authentication of Oracle Mobile apps failing

Authentication of Oracle Mobile apps failing with message below -

class oracle.apps.inv.mobile.common.dc.OrganizationListCache.initListFromRestCall - Error Contacting server java.lang.Exception: HTTP Status Code 401 Unauthorized: The request requires user authentication. The response MUST include a WWW-Authenticate header field containing a challenge application to the requested resource. The client MAY repeat the request with a suitable Authorization header field.

STEPS

[1] We applied the latest Oracle Mobile app foundation patches for R12.2 release.

[2] Performed the required setup from Mobile administrator responsibility.

[3] Performed the mobile apps responsibility setup by adding role and creating grant

[4] Installed app

[5] Logged in

When the error showed up and logs out the user.
