Please advise which team or process should be used to submit a documentation-update request for Oracle Database 19c.
The customer requests that the Supplemental Logging documentation include a clear cross-reference to the Online DDL limitation/behavior when supplemental logging is enabled.
Current Supplemental Logging documentation:

The customer’s concern is that this page explains how to enable supplemental logging, but does not direct users to the documented Online DDL impact. In 19c, some DDL operations that are normally nonblocking can be downgraded to blocking when supplemental logging is enabled. This is documented separately here:

The requested improvement is to add a limitation note or cross-reference from the Supplemental Logging page to the Online DDL/locking documentation. This would help customers using supplemental logging for LogMiner, CDC, or other purposes—not only Oracle GoldenGate.
Could you please advise the appropriate documentation owner or internal process for submitting this request?
