API for Premium Eligibilities?

Hello,

We are using Oracle EBS 12.2.10 on the 19c database.

We need to update the premium eligibility rules accessed here:

Form Application : Time and Labor
Form Name : HXTPEP00

Tables:
hxt_prem_eligblty_pol_rules
hxt_prem_eligblty_rules

We'd like to use an API to edit this policy but have been unable to find such an API.

I realize there is not an API for everything but if you know of an API that would interact with this functional area, please let me know.
