APEX weblogic and server requirement queries

We are using R12 Oracle EBS and VCP environments.

We are planning to install Oracle APEX in EBS environment, can you please advise on the below queries

  1. Do we need separate weblogic server license, can we utilize existing weblogic used in Oracle on-premise applications?
  2. If you can advise on pros and cons of having separate weblogic server against shared ?
  3. Do we need to have separate server for APEX, can we utilize existing Oracle on-premise servers?
  4. If you can advise on pros and cons of having separate server against shared?
