APEX Security Attribute - Runtime API Usage - Modify This Application

Hi there…

We are deploying an APEX application via Azure Pipelines and have encountered an issue where we need to manually uncheck the Security Attribute - Runtime API Usage - Modify This Application.

Is there a way to modify this attribute via command line or to leave it unchecked permanently?
