We get supplier invoices in Arabic and I'm trying to avoid manual data entry. Already using OIC so thought of trying the OpenAI Adapter for extraction. Has anyone actually tested this with non-English documents? Worried the model will mess up the Arabic text or return garbage output.
Also there is a way to get JSON Back directly so I can map it to our ERP?
