We recently upgraded from BI Discoverer Plus v11.1.1.6.0 to 11.1.1.7.0.
In the new instance, for one particular user XX_USER (database login, not an applications login), the Create/Open Workbook wizard does not launch when they sign in. For every other user, the wizard launches by default.
In the old instance, the wizard launches for all users, including XX_USER.
Any ideas? Is this a setup issue that I should have our team that performed the upgrade look at? We are using IE 10.
