Hello Oracle APEX Team,
I am using an Oracle-hosted APEX workspace (not a local/on-premises installation).
My workspace administrator account has been locked after login attempts.
I have already used the password reset option, but I still cannot log in because the account remains locked.
This account is the only Workspace Administrator account, so I am unable to unlock it from within the workspace.
Workspace Name: [moderator removed]
Username: [moderator removed]
Could you please help unlock the account or advise on how to regain access to the workspace?
