I am unable to access some Oracle Cloud resources due to insufficient permissions.
Could you please check if my user account (haheehong3@naver.com) is added to the correct group and has the necessary policies?
i want upgrade my account. but i try upgrade then error "You do not have access to perform this operation. Please contact your cloud account administrator for additional access."
