26ai install on windows Prerequisite Checks

After a proper deinstall 23ai on W10, I follows steps in https://oracle-base.com/articles/misc/manual-oracle-uninstall

I deleted all the oracle keys in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services

I cannot install 26ai, an existing service is still found a prerequisite
