2-tier architecture with XE

Hello,
How to build 2-tier architecture with Oracle XE? In particular, I'd like to have the Apache server be installed on Box-A, and this one is set in the DMZ (as usually done for webapp). Then Oracle XE database is installed on Box-B, and that one is behind the wirewall. So, my question is how to separate Apache from Oracle XE and installed these 2 pieces on different servers. And then how to make HTMLDB work in this 2-tier architecture?
