zoneadm migrate without root user...

Hello,

I have setup zone migration between 2 T8-2 running Solaris 11.4 sru74. I had to reactivate the user root (not a role anymore) to be able to do zoneadm -z zone -migrate ssh://remote_host. I there a way to not use root to migrate zone so i could keep root as a role?
