Zone installation

Upon completion of a:

zoneadm -z zone1 install

this piece seemed to run fine with 0 errors. When I go to the next step of:

zoneadm -z zone1 boot

I get the following error:

portal1:/system # zoneadm -z zone1 boot -s
zoneadm: zone 'zone1': failed to open /zones/zone1/dev/zconsole: No such device or address
zoneadm: zone 'zone1': could not prep console slave
zoneadm: zone 'zone1': call to zoneadmd failed

I have 3 identical zones that are doing this exact same thing.
Has anyone seen this error ?
