Zimbra: problem when the time zone, without the "summer time"

Hello!

I have Oracle Beehive 2.0.1.2.0 for Win32.

Has anyone encountered the following problem?

Zimbra does not correctly handles time zones in which there is no "summer time".

For example, (GMT +5.00 Islamabad, Karachi, Tashkent)

Thank you in advance for any explanation and help in resolving this problem...
