yum install error : Failed to download metadata for repo '018_baseos_latest'

Hi,

I have installed Oracle Linux 8.1 on Oracle VM.

I try to run yum install but with the following errors:

Failed to download metadata for repo '018_baseos_latest'

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo '018_baseos_latest'.

I read the internet solution which is to add proxy into /etc/dnf/dnf.conf.

I do not know the proxy to enter here. Can someone guide me on this entry ?
