Yes/ No Dashboard Prompt.

Hi

My requirement is to develop a report based on a dashboard prompt that displays 'Yes / No'.
For Ex: The prompt should look like " Include Previous Records" : Yes, No
If yes, then the report should include previous records else it should give current records.
Can anyone have idea about this.?
