Java SE (Java Platform, Standard Edition)

when ever i am opening applet window or applet pop ups ,a floating yellow exclamation mark on or very near the 'X' close icon in the top right corner of window.When I put the mouse pointer to it says "Java applet window".

I tried to fix this , and got one solution that , if we go in to Java\jre6\bin and open the policytool.exe file
and add choose to add AWTpermission and save that file then no more yellow traingle .

but this is done manually , is there any other way to remove yellow traingle programatically.
as application is web base so i can't go to every users machine as add AWTpermission in his policytool.exe .

Is it is possible to remove Yellow exclamations traingle of applet by using some program /code .

Plz help me.
